When the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals square off in Week 14, the Bengals will get a chance to criticise Deshaun Watson and the Browns.
Watson will be eligible to return in time for the Bengals’ season-ending game against the Titans in 2022 after learning of his revised 11-game ban.
Watson’s first game following his suspension is against the Houston Texans, which seems quite odd, but Cincinnati will in fact play the contentious quarterback in the 2017 campaign.
Given that Paycor Stadium will host the matchup, Bengals supporters should make some noise throughout the game.
Week 14 of 2022 will see the Cincinnati Bengals take on Deshaun Watson’s Browns.
Though his 2020 season is nothing to laugh at, Watson won’t have touched a football for another two years when he returns to the field in 2022.
For the Texans, Watson had his finest NFL season with 4,823 passing yards and 33 touchdowns in 16 games. This summer, he signed with the Browns and has since become a source of controversy, especially considering how inconsistently he has expressed regret for his prior actions.
Watson’s comeback just gives the Bengals more motivation to thrash the Browns in their quest to capture the AFC North in 2022, though.
The Bengals have everything they need to return to the Super Bowl this season, and with Joe Burrow coming off a successful second season and the young, talented core of the 2021 team still very much intact, they have a great chance.
And nothing, not even Deshaun Watson’s obnoxious and disgusting behaviour, will stand in the way.
Nobody will stand in the way, not even Deshaun Watson’s disgusting behaviour.
