The television anime adaptation of Kko Shirakawa’s Raven of the Inner Palace (Kky no Karasu) novel series will start streaming in English on Saturday, according to a Crunchyroll announcement on Thursday.

In addition to those mentioned above, Mike Haimoto, Emi Lo, Caitlin Glass, Meg McClain, Kara Edwards, Casey Casper, Jack Reeder, Michael Stimac, Tyson Rinehart, Tristan Bonner, Alex Mai, Spencer Liles, Jim Foronda, and Reshel Mae also contribute to the soundtrack.
The English dub is being directed by Jerry Jewell, with Jill Harris serving as assistant.
The ADR engineers are Jeremy Woods, Kim Morton, Matt Grounds, and Jose Sandoval.
The English script by author Alex Mai is being directed by Bonny Clinkenbeard.
Olivia Harris is in charge of ADR preparation.
October 1 marked the debut of the anime.
As the show airs in Japan, Crunchyroll is streaming it.
The anime is being produced by BN Pictures under the direction of Chizuru Miyawaki (Gintama TV animation, Gintama: The Final), with the series scripts being overseen by Satomi Ooshima (Fortune Favors Lady Nikuko). Ayuko’s original character drawings are being transformed for animation by Shinji Takeuchi (Fairy Tail, Gintama). DARLING in the FRANXX, Haikyu!, and Moriarty the Patriot composer Asami Tachibana is behind the soundtrack.
Both the opening theme song “Mysterious” by Queen Bee and the closing theme song “Natsu no Yuki” by Krage are performed by them (Summer Snow).
Uki, an imperial concubine who has never been invited to the emperor’s bedchambers and leads a remarkably distinctive existence inside the harem rooms, is the primary character of the novels. She is reputed to utilize enigmatic magic that aids in anything from recovering lost objects to casting curses. Some perceive her to have the look of an old woman, while others see her as a youthful woman. The emperor will call on her, and their encounter will alter the course of history.
Ayuko (The Earl & the Fairy) provided the pictures for the Shirakawa book series, which was released in April 2018. On April 21, delivery of the seventh and final volume began.
At Anime Expo 2022, Seven Seas Entertainment said that the book series will be published in English the following year.
