The scripts for the television series are being written and directed by Norimitsu Kaih (Astra Lost in Space, School-Live!, Akudama Drive). The soundtrack is being written by Akinari Suzuki (Smile Down the Runway, Redo of Healer) and Shji Katayama (Overlord, Saga of Tanya the Evil).

- Toshiyuki Morikawa as Jiiro
- Yū Serizawa as Myaa
- Hiromu Mineta as Meran

The narrative takes place in a time of heroes, swords, and legends. The land was originally made by enormous animals, but people later appropriated it. The monsters were enraged as a result and began to consume people. Humans prayed to the gods for help in retaliating. The Kyoj animals began to spread over the earth and inflict severe devastation, but people retaliated by hunting the Kyoj. By using the dissected parts of the animals, humanity also flourished.
Jiiro chases Kyoj to make a livelihood since he is “a guy who has evaded death.” He encounters “Twenty and Second Kuumi,” who is being pursued. Then, Jiro and his pals begin to reveal the mysteries of this planet.
