Doga Kobo’s anime is being directed by Sumie Noro (Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle).
The characters are created by Hiromi Nakagawa (WATATEN! : an Angel Flew Down to Me), while the series composition is handled by Yuka Yamada (Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid).
Music is being written by Ruka Kawada. The following employees are also on the team: editor Mutsumi Takemiya, color designer Genta Makabe, director of photography Seiichi Sugiura, and sound director Masanori Tsuchiya.
The narrative is described in the English translation of the series by Kodansha USA Publishing as follows:
Saint Cecilia is adored by the locals because, in addition to being graceful and composed, she generously imparts her knowledge to everyone who really desires it. Up until the final person has departed, at which time she is completely helpless. Only Pastor Lawrence is keeping the Saint in good enough shape to carry out her responsibilities, and even if she could put him to the test, it’s all in a day’s work!
The comic was first published by Kazutake in the Shnen Magazine R issue of Kodansha in April 2017. On the Magazine Pocket manga app from Kodansha, the series is also serialized. On June 16, Kodansha released the tenth volume of the manga’s collected works.
The series will be streamed, according to a statement made on Saturday by Crunchyroll.
